You’ve seen a style that looks sharp on someone else — but it falls flat on you. Why?
Face shape plays a massive role in what haircut suits you best. Here’s how to match your cut to your features and avoid a grooming mismatch.
Identifying Your Face Shape:
Use a mirror and trace the outline of your face, or ask your barber — we do this all the time.
Oval: Balanced and versatile. Almost any cut works.
Round: Wider cheeks, soft jaw. Go for height and structure (pompadours, quiffs, short sides).
Square: Strong jawlines. Sharp fades and textured crops work well.
Heart: Wider forehead, narrow chin. Medium-length styles with volume look best.
Long/Rectangular: Avoid extra height. Go for balanced styles with some length on the sides.
Our Barber Tip:
Don’t rely on what’s trending — rely on what flatters. We’re here to help choose a style that works with your shape, hair type, and lifestyle.
